If you wanted the live chat software to reply about prices when someone asked “How much does it cost” you would create a rule with that question in it and then apply a response to that rule.

When IMsupporting catches the question, it will auto reply to the user under the name of “Operator:”

 

 

This feature works even before you have picked the chat session up. If the question is asked while they are waiting for an operator to answer. The system will still reply for you.
