Normally, these emails are generic and bland.
With IMsupporting, we allow you to customize the content of these emails to match your own business templates.
As the emails are HTML based, you can include images, links to articles and feedback forms + more.
This is a great way to help the end users further even after the chat has finished by giving them more information to knowledge bases or to simply gain feedback from the user.
You can use our webbased editor to help create your email templates. Once saved, all new chat transcripts will have your new design.
