Easy to install WordPress live chat plugin.

Step1

Download the wordpress chat plugin from https://wordpress.org/plugins/imsupporting/

Install the plugin into your wordpress. Either do this as normal through the wordpress plugins system or download and extract the https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/imsupporting.zip file into your plugins directory.

Step2

  • Login to your WordPress dashboard. ( YourWebsite.com/wp-admin/ )
  • Navigate to Settings -> Plugins
  • Locate “Live Chat by IMsupporting” in your plugin list and click “Settings & Dashboard“

Step3

  • Sign up for your IMsupporting account.
  • Once you have an account, enter your account ID into the Chat settings within wordpress and click Save Changes.

Step4

  • Change other settings as required or leave as default.
  • Login to your live chat account  ( https://www.imsupporting.com/login/ )
  • Click “Go Online” in the top left of the dashboard and await chats from your website visitors.
