Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, we acknowledge the following limitations that we're actively working to address:
Areas Under Improvement
- Third-Party Integrations: Some third-party services embedded in our platform may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We're working with vendors to improve this.
- PDF Documents: Some legacy PDF documents may not be fully accessible. We're in the process of remediating these files.
- Real-Time Chat: Screen reader announcements for new messages are being optimized to reduce verbosity while maintaining informativeness.
- Complex Data Visualizations: Some charts and graphs may require alternative text descriptions. We're adding data table alternatives.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier not listed here, please let us know so we can address it.
