You get a 20% grace buffer at no extra charge. Beyond that we’ll send a friendly email recommending a plan upgrade. We never cut you off without warning.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and UK Direct Debit. Enterprise plans also accept bank transfer. All payments are PCI DSS compliant.
What happens if my payment fails?
We retry 3 times over 7 days with email notifications. If it still fails, service is suspended (not deleted). You have 30 days to update payment and reactivate.
